TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All orders must be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. If any confirmed order is cancelled after the 24 hour period a five (5) percent cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. Your refund for the original payment amount minus the cancellation fee will be processed and appear in your account within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
We promise speedy delivery and getting your orders out the door as fast as possible. We primarily ship using FedEx ground service, however we reserve the right to ship any other standard (or other) method. Business-day standard shipping orders placed by 2:00 pm MST usually ship the same day.
We offer expedited shipping options at standard shipping rates (Express Saver Shipping, 2Day, Overnight). For any expedited shipping, all online orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. MST. We put priority on orders in which customers choose non-discount, expedited shipping, and although we can’t guarantee it ships the same day, if placed by 2:00 p.m. PST, these orders should be shipped that day. Almost every order is shipped within 24 hours. There are some exceptions, however, depending on the circumstances and products.
US and Mexico SHIPPING OPTIONS
We ship American freight by Standard to United States and Mexico, rates vary depending on package weight shipping discounts may apply ask your sales agent. Please be advised that you may be required to pay country duties and taxes upon receipt of your purchase. We cannot estimate the amount of these taxes as they are not determined by CanadianTek Inc. and are not paid to CanadianTek Inc..
RETURNS FOR REFUND POLICIES
CanadianTek offers 30 days for returns and exchanges on new items in their original packaging* within 30 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Anything returned after 30 days of receiving an item will not be eligible for return or exchange. DVRs must be double boxed when shipped back, otherwise damages can occur during shipping.

* CanadianTek Inc. also reserves the right to refuse any return in which the product is opened or not in its original form, with its original accessories, manuals, instructions, and anything else that came with the original package. Products that are determined to have been damaged by the customer will also be denied for return. Warranty label must be on the returned equipment and cannot have signs of being tampered with. Please make sure the return is in its original form.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
When shipping an item for return, the customer takes full responsibility for getting the item(s) to us and thus coordinating insurance of such item(s) with the shipping company. Shipping costs to get the item returned is also the responsibility of the customer. CanadianTek Inc. will not take responsibility for undelivered items or items delivered defective, broken or in any other form other than that of the original shipment. Any shipping costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable.
CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
Returned items must be stocked and properly processed before refunds are issued to the customer’s credit card. Credit card refunds may take up to 15 days to be issued from the day we receive the item(s) in our warehouse, depending on processing constraints.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return all items authorized for return within 15 days time. If the items subject to return are not returned within 15 days of the return authorization, the authorization will be cancelled and thus any items received after the deadline will be refused.
If you received the item damaged or defective or the item becomes defective, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to receive an advanced replacement on your merchandise with a prepaid call tag to ship non-functioning equipment back.
All orders outside the jurisdiction of the USMCA (United States, Mexico, Canada) region are non-refundable and non-returnable. All warranties will be honored by CanadianTek Inc., however shipping costs to and from customer location is to be paid by the customer and will not be provided by CanadianTek Inc..
CanadianTek Inc. does not in any way distribute, transfer, sell or exchange customer information. All customer information is used for the purpose of processing orders or other related activities regarding processing, customer service, and sales offers. To its customers, CanadianTek Inc will email product offerings and other information on an infrequent, periodic basis. CanadianTek Inc is fully committed to protecting your privacy.
CanadianTek Inc. has no relationship with the manufacturers of these items and sells these items completely independently. All activities, concerns, and references should be made to CanadianTek Inc. and not the manufacturers of these items. The manufacturers and their related product lines, products, logos, and whatever else pertaining to these companies are registered trademarks of their respective companies. All other trademarks and products on this site are the property of their respective owners.

Additional requirements may include but are not limited to prepayment or shipping to the billing address of the credit card or additional verification information or identification. Furthermore CanadianTek Inc. may refuse to ship or fulfill any order for any reason whatsoever allowed by law and, as such, at no time will it be held liable for actions of this nature.
In no event shall CanadianTek Inc. or any affiliates or owners of said company be liable monetarily or otherwise for special, indirect, exemplary, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of this site, not limited whatsoever to the type of use.
Also, in no event shall CanadianTek Inc., or any affiliates or owners of said company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the products sold on its site, NOT limited to any products whatsoever.
By buying products from CanadianTek Inc. through any medium or by using said site in any way whatsoever, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not buy any products from our site or through any other method of purchasing, including but not limited to phone, mail, email, internet, onsite or otherwise, and please discontinue use of this site immediately and refrain from entering said site whatsoever. Also, discontinue communication with said company. The Agreement must be construed as if both parties jointly wrote it, governed by Canadian law.
